Common pricing questions

What's included in "per user" pricing?
Per-user pricing covers that user's devices (typically up to 3), helpdesk access, and all applicable monitoring and support services outlined in the plan. Additional devices beyond the standard allocation can be added at a per-device rate.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
A one-time onboarding fee applies for initial environment assessment, agent deployment, and system configuration. The fee varies based on the size and complexity of your environment and is quoted during the proposal process.
Is there a minimum contract term?
We offer month-to-month agreements as well as 12-month contracts. Annual agreements include discounted pricing. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
Can I change plans as my business grows?
Absolutely. Plans scale up (or down) with your business. You can add users, upgrade tiers, or expand services at any time. Your account manager will help make any transitions seamless.
What factors affect final pricing?
Final pricing reflects your number of users and devices, number of office locations, network complexity, backup data volume, compliance requirements, and desired SLA response times. We provide a detailed quote after a brief discovery call.
